Fixing things while the factory is crazy running.

🧐 Today(29/05) I participated in a Webinar with 🐶 Jacco van der Kooij and 🎤 Renata Centurión about revenue factory, and I would like to bring to this text the theory developed in that.

🤓First of all, The comparison between revenue and the factory is so real, the idea is production is the growth, efficiency is the cost and quality is the impact. Thinking in that way makes the process easier to understand. ( See more on Revenue architecture book)

🏗️Well, let’s bring to the RevOps's day-to-day. We are trying to fix processes, improve the quality of data, and make strategic projects. So how you can buy this idea and develop all the processes and dashboards for the stakeholders?

🤯I answer that. The first moment is not going to be easier, That is the truth, but you have to understand the process and work to understand how the stakeholders think. First, resolve the problem and make dashboards that you understand, second, the area will use that and ask for changes. “Many changes you already thought, but the data is not so clear for then…”.

💡So to deliver the faster changes that the area of revenue needs. The best way is to fix things while the factory is crazy running.😅 Because if you wait for the best moment this project is not going to be implemented.

So Revops: Understand the process, draw a solution, develop, and the loop of growth ( 🔂implement, and fix🔂).
