🧠💬 What if your leads qualified themselves before your SDRs even lifted a finger?[POST MORTEM - project review]

Growth

And no, this isn’t a "just plug in GPT and cross your fingers" thing.

I built an intelligent lead entry system that connects bot calls, WhatsApp, forms, and emails…yes, all the noisy entry points you know and (don’t) love(HAHAHA 🤣 ) and turns them into one quiet, qualified pipeline.

Here’s the magic (spoiler: it’s not magic, it’s RevOps):

✨ Everything flows into the CRM

📞 The lead dropped off the form? I use the bot call and WhatsApp to re-warm

💬 WhatsApp? AI-powered, qualify and fill the form in CRM.

🖊️ Fill the form? The data goes to the WhatsApp contacts field and the CRM, avoiding asking things twice

All CRM centralized. All standardized. All sanity-preserving.

But let’s be clear, this isn’t about saving time on admin (that’s a bonus).

👉 It’s about giving SDRs and BDRs the actual time to do what software can’t:

  1. Re-engage false positives that just need a human touch

  2. Follow up with empathy, not automation

  3. Focus on the strategic plays, not fielding the noise

⚙️ On the backend, we stitched together:

  1. CRMs

  2. Messaging tools powered with IA and bot automation.

  3. Call software

  4. Form builders

The result?

🧠 Smarter sales strategy

⏳ More time for your reps to actually sell

This is what happens when GTM and RevOps finally high-five.
